Our aim at 110% Beyond Your Limits is to help people to achieve their real potential. Sportspeople are driven individuals but it takes a high level of mental and physical training to turn it into a positive outcome in sport.

Whatever your sport is, you will always benefit from improving your athleticism to give you the edge over your competitors and the 1-2-1 sessions are an opportunity to make use of the experience that the coaches have. We aim to build confidence with positive communication and our target driven approach.

What is covered in our sessions:

- Athletic Development including strength, power, speed, agility, endurance and flexibility.

- Mental preparation for training and competing

- Skills and technical training specific to your sport


Sessions will be held at Lee Valley Athletics Centre but can be held at other locations around London and surrounding areas. Visits can also be possible at extra charge.

1-2-1 Sessions

Through our 1-2-1 sessions, we deliver focused training allowing for a tailored approach to reaching your goals.

The dedicated practical time is for athletes looking for specific exercises and progression in their sport.

1-2-1 Online

Pick the brains of the international level coaches through our online mentoring and consultancy program.

This program is for athletes looking for online guidance, direction and expert advice.

Group Sessions

This is for a group of athletes with the same goals who achieve more by working with each other.

This can provide the opportunity to take on our expertise while driving each other on to get the best out of you.
