Service
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the term Athletics Squad will refer to regular sessions held by the coach of which are registered and paid for by a monthly subscription.
- Monthly subscribers will be able to access Athletics coaching at all athletics squad sessions.
- Time and location of the Athletics Squad sessions are, but not limited to:
- the times and locations advertised on the Athletics Squads pages on 110byl.com.
- 110% Beyond Your Limits coaches reserve the right to make changes to times and locations as required. Any changes to time and locations of Athletics Squad sessions will be notified in advance.
- Where a coach is absent for whatever reason, we will endeavour to have a replacement qualified coach to lead the session that was planned.
- Any Athletics Squad session from which you are absent does not entitle a refund or prorated refund.
- 110% Beyond Your Limits reserves the right to cancel the Athletics Squads sessions for reasons including, but not limited to:
- no replacement is coach available in the absence of the main coach;
- facility closures;
- expected breaks during an Athletics Season i.e. off-season break.
Subscription
- The availability of a monthly subscription is subject to the acceptance of your application to join an Athletics Squad.
- The monthly fee for a subscription to a 110% Beyond Your Limits Athletics Squad is as advertised on our website (www.110byl.com.)
- The Monthly fee is for the service contained within these terms and conditions only and not for any other costs associated with training with the Athletics Squad i.e. cost of facility use.
- The Start Date of the subscription is the day that the order is submitted. The End Date of the subscription is the day that you contact beyondyourlimits@outlook.com to request to cancel the subscription. The subscription is continuous month to month until cancelled. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your next payment will be on the 15th of the following month.
- You must submit a cancellation request to beyondyourlimits@outlook.com before your next payment date in order to avoid a charge for the up-coming month. Cancellations months are not prorated.
- By submitting the 110% Beyond Your Limits Order Form (for a Monthly subscription to one of the Athletics squads) you hereby authorize 110% Beyond Your Limits to automatically bill the debit/credit card you entered on the Order Form.
- The charge will appear on your monthly credit card statement.
- You may cancel the automatic billing authorization at any time by contacting 110% Beyond Your Limits using the details on the contact us page.
- 110% Beyond Your Limits reserves the right to cancel any monthly subscription at the discretion of the coach.
